In line with our aim to ensure a smooth transfer of the CHIMASSORB® 119 FL business and as anticipated with our press release dated April 3rd, 2009, we would like to confirm the trademark change from CHIMASSORB® 119 FL to SABO®STAB UV 119.
Effective October 1st, 2009 the product is packed, labelled and delivered under our brand name SABO®STAB UV 119.
Please find here below some answers to potential questions you may have.
1. Will SABO®STAB UV 119 be produced in the same production assets?
Yes, Sabo acquired the process and the know-how of the CHIMASSORB® 119 FL / SABO®STAB UV 119 production together with manufacturing plant full capacity. SABO®STAB UV 119 will then be the same product you have been always using with no need for requalification.
2. Will the product packaging change?
No, packaging type, load, dimensions and approvals will not change. They will simply be differently labelled, SABO®STAB UV 119 brand name and Sabo company details.
3. Will we receive new product technical documentation?
Yes, SABO®STAB UV 119 product specification, technical data sheet and MSDS has been sent to all customers. Documentation is available with your regular business contact at Sabo or on request at
plastics@sabo.com
4. Does SABO®STAB UV 119 comply with REACH?
Yes this ELINCS substance has been registered and holds a valid registration number
