as its representative for France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland effective April 1st 2010.

EUKEM will represent Sabo in the field of plastics and coatings and will sell the SABO complete product line which include HALS Stabilizers, Antioxidants, Antifogs, Antistatic Agents and Lubricants for PVC.

With this agreement Sabo confirms its commitment to provide technical and qualified support to customers and to further strengthen its market presence in Europe.

SABO is an independent, privately owned producer of Polymer Additives and Specialties, with world scale facilities dedicated to the synthesis of HALS.

SABO, operating since 1937, is headquartered in Bergamo (Italy).

EUKEM S.A.S., based in Paris, provides a specialized European commercial interface in the field of additives and colorants for the plastic and coating industries.
